ANIMAL RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
THREE HORSE FARM

Assumption of Risk:
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and understand that interacting with animals, including but not limited to equines (horses and ponies), cows, and chickens, involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, bites, kicks, scratches, falls, allergic reactions, infections, or other injuries resulting from the unpredictable nature of animals. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, damage, or personal injury, including death, that may result from participation in animal activities at Three Horse Farm.

Release and Waiver of Liability:

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, representatives, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Three Horse Farm, its owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates (collectively referred to as "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in activities involving equines, cows, or chickens at Three Horse Farm, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur arising out of my participation in animal activities, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

Medical Treatment Authorization:

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Three Horse Farm and its representatives to obtain medical treatment for me or my minor child(ren). I agree to assume all costs associated with such medical care and waive any claims against the Released Parties.

New Jersey Equine Activity Liability Act Notice:

I acknowledge that under New Jersey law (N.J.S.A. 5:15-1 et seq.), "an equestrian area operator is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant resulting from the inherent risks of equine animal activities pursuant to P.L. 1997, c. 287 (C. 5:15-1 et seq.)."

 

Photography/Video Release:

 

I grant Three Horse Farm permission to take and use photographs/videos of me or my minor child(ren) for promotional, educational, and social media purposes without compensation.

Acknowledgment of Understanding:

 

I have read and fully understand this Animal Release and Waiver of Liability. I acknowledge that I am signing this document freely and voluntarily, and that by signing, I am giving up legal rights, including the right to sue.
